All investigations are conducted in a highly confidential manner with the signing off, of a declaration "Secrecy Agreement" by both parties, i.e. Client / Scisco Consulting.

In the event of any criminal proceedings / prosecution we could provide our clients with a full set of required documentation, i.e. affidavits / statements and documentary exhibits for the filing of a criminal case with the South African Police Services.

This will be in strict accordance with the Republic of South Africa’s legislation.

The same will apply in the event of any disciplinary enquiries in terms of the client’s Business Misconduct Rules / Disciplinary Policies and Procedures.
